In Person vs Telehealth Treatment
Telehealth Treatment
We offer individuals with substance or alcohol use a convenient way to access treatment services. Telehealth services and an online assessment are open to any Minnesota resident 18 years of age or older.
We use a confidential, HIPAA-compliant video conferencing service, where patients will receive a personalized access link to be used throughout the course of treatment.
We work with clients to develop a personalized plan that outlines treatment goals.
No one will see you except your counselor and confidential recovery group members.
Our programs are accepted by most major insurance carriers. If insurance isn’t an option, we offer affordable program packages.
In Person Treatment
In intensive outpatient programming (IOP) you can continue your daily life by attending counseling sessions around your schedule. This allows more flexibility for work and life needs, as well as an opportunity to readjust into the world with support.
These sessions focus on relapse prevention, psychoeducation, individual, and group counseling; teaching recovery skills to help reduce relapse and promote long term recovery. Outpatient treatment can be a helpful option for someone with a mild substance use disorder, or it can be part of a long-term treatment program.
