The following confirms the promotional benefits for the Special Gold Partner for the First Annual Minnesota Fishing Challenge, a fund-raiser for Minnesota Teen Challenge.  The Special Gold Partner will receive positive editorial exposure, generous publicity and significant promotions for a six-month period before, during and after the First Annual Minnesota Fishing Challenge.

  1. Partner will be affiliated in a major fund-raising Event for Minnesota Teen Challenge, a successful drug and alcohol treatment facility with campuses in Brainerd, Duluth and Minneapolis.
  1. Donations except for $50 of the $100 entry fee deposit are 100-percent tax deductible to Teen Challenge, a 501.C.3 charitable organization.
  1. Partner will be affiliated with an Event headlined by Honorary Tournament Director Al Lindner.
  1. Partner may use the Teen Challenge name and market their affiliation with this Event.
  1. Partner will receive editorial exposure and logo placement on the Teen Challenge web site.
  1. Partner will be featured in mailings to 400 Minnesota churches.
  1. Partner will be featured in mailings to Minnesota fishing clubs and individuals, Chambers of Commerce and tourism groups.
  1. Partner will be featured with a logo and name on posters sent to 400 Minnesota churches and delivered to hundreds of businesses.
  1. Partner will receive on-stage product endorsements at the Event and at the rules meeting, whenever their Special Gold award is discussed.
  1. Partner will receive a logo on their special award trophy.
  1. Partner may display or distribute product and/or literature to press, contestants and fans at the rules meeting and the Event.  The Rules Meeting is mandatory for the 200 contestants and volunteers.  The Teen Challenge choir and media will be present.  Contestant families and fans will also be present.  The Event weigh-in, with youth activities and games, a professional stage, sound system and emcee, fishing pros and contestants is expected to draw 1,000 fans.
  1. Partner provided banners will be displayed on site and at the pre-tournament rules meeting/meal function.
  1. Partner will be in direct contact with media on site.
  1. Standings and results will be posted with special awards on the Teen Challenge web site with partner logo.
  1. Several fishing industry web sites have been invited to cover the Event with real-time scoring, photos, news coverage and interviews.  The Walleye First web site has already committed to showcase the Event.
  1. Partner’s name will be featured on standings and results emailed immediately following the Event to Minnesota churches.
  1. TV news crews or special segments for outdoor TV shows will be encouraged to feature partner’s name, logo or product.
  1. A Teen Challenge Event video will be created for Teen Challenge web site and promotions for the second annual Event, featuring partner’s logo.

Special Gold Partner Fee: $1,500, with right of first refusal for 2010.  Gold partner will receive one special award category.  Merchandise will be accepted for contestant prizes for additional promotion on site.
